 Throwing it back to my blogging days because it’s Valentine’s Day and this mini--topped 🧁 is for (sugar) lovers  Recipe is STILL available at KailleysKitchen.com! #tbt  Fred Flintstone would approve of this bone-in behemoth   Hey guys! Sorry I’ve been off the grid this past week! I’ve been vacationing with friends and family in Big Sky, MT, and treated myself to a little time away from social media. Getting back to the grind with a shot of @iogodfrey’s inventive (and highly photogenic) Snowflake Sangria made with three different types of infused ice that transform the cocktail as they melt ❄️🥂  Two things are inevitable about Chicago’s volatile dining landscape: restaurants will close (some unfairly, some rightfully), and new restaurants will open. I spent part of my unexpected day off (thanks, #polarvortex) organizing my old photo archives, and found myself reminiscing about the handful of my clients that have closed. Here are a few shots from the vaults of the ill-fated Embeya, beloved and missed GreenRiver, and since-reconcepted Animale.
