Few things are as indulgent and wholly satisfying as eating raw cookie dough. This moist, chocolatey cookie dough brownie recipe harnesses that ‘it-feels-so-good-to-be-so-bad’ experience without the nagging fears associated with raw egg consumption, thanks to eggless cookie dough made from scratch. I recommend doubling the cookie dough portion of the recipe and eating the unused half with a spoon– it’ll last up to three days in the refrigerator (provided you don’t eat it all first)!
